The Redevelopment of Country Club Homes
In 2021, a partnership of Raleigh residents with a longstanding history of thoughtful, respectful, high-standard development, will break ground on a beautiful planned neighborhood on the property that has long been known as Country Club Homes. Construction schedules project that properties will become available Summer of 2023.
The new neighborhood—Budleigh East—will provide a mix of approximately 23 single-family homes, 73 townhomes and condominiums and 14 cottages, all of which will be in keeping with the unique character and beauty of the property and the surrounding neighborhoods. Pricing and final unit counts are not yet finalized but will become available to interested parties when determined.
The project will complement the continuing care retirement community—Hayes Barton Place—developed by Liberty Senior Living, which will include independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing options.
