In 2021, a partnership of Raleigh residents with a longstanding history of thoughtful, respectful, high-standard development broke ground on a beautiful, planned neighborhood on the property that has long been known as Country Club Homes. All housing choices will be in keeping with the unique character and beauty of the property and the surrounding neighborhoods. Each of the living options will be planned, designed, built and marketed by each individual developer.
